Harmony’s Bridal Makeup

Most of my brides typically ask for a natural look that is soft and just enough for the photography.  These are usually brides who don’t wear makeup or little to none so I want to ensure the look is effortless and that they feel like their most natural selves on their wedding day.

The best way to go about this is with airbrush makeup.  Airbrush makeup is exceptionally lightweight and perfects the skin with little coverage.  I use Dinair and find the application is natural and smooth while also being very long wearing.

Complexion:  Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer, Cinema Secrets Ultimate Foundation Palette (specifically shade #502-30, used as concealer), Dinair Glamour Airbrush Foundation in Light Golden Beige, MAC Studio Careblend Powder in Medium Dark (to set the entire foundation), MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Medium Deep (for cheek contour), NARS Highlighting Blush in Albatross (cheek highlight), NARS blush in Orgasm (just a little bit, she wanted the blush to be soft and provide a light glow)

Eyes:  MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, MAC eyeshadows:  Naked Lunch (lid), Retrospeck and Phloof (brow highlight), All That Glitters (crease), Embark (outer crease, just softly blended), Crystal Avalanche (in the inner corners and also as part of the bottom liner just a quarter starting from the inside corner of the eye), MAC Pro Longwear Fluidline in Blacktrack (top liner, thin and slight wing upwards), Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner pencil in black (bottom liner but only the outer 3/4), Kiss false lashes #11 (I did trim the ends just a little bit so it did not flare too much), Sephora Outrageous Volume Mascara in Ultra Black (I put a thin coat on the bottom lashes along with the top to blend in the natural lashes with false lashes)

Lips:  Maybelline Super Stay 24 Lip Color in #630 Nude Glaze (I think this might be a discontinued shade now), MAC Plushglass in Fulfilled
